 Shipping and Returns Shipping: Shipping will ordinarily be made by UPS. Please make sure to include your proper full street address. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Charges are calculated automatically during checkout. Shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states only. If shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at customerservice@youraquariumcenter.com for shipping quotes. Also please contact us with any special shipping requests. CANADIAN ORDERS: Please be advised that if an order is to be shipped to Canada via UPS, there is a brokerage fee that you, the customer, must pay. We have no idea how much this fee is, but you can call your local UPS Office and they can help you with this. Some of our suppliers only ship UPS and USPS is not an option. Please email us before placing an order to be shipped to Canada and we will be able to assist you to make the delivery a very pleasant one. We do not ship large items such as aquariums but will ship the smaller items such as decorations, plants, backgrounds, etc.. These items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and not UPS. Your order may take 3 to 4 days longer for processing. There may be a difference in your shipping cost. If this is the case, we will notify you. If you place an order and any of your items are among those that do not ship, we will notify you by email. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and we also really appreciate your business. To Our Overseas Customers Although our suppliers normally don't ship overseas, we can make sure you can receive our products. Our shopping cart is not set up for overseas addresses, so if you want to place an order, please email us (customerservice@youraquariumcenter.com) with your order and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Returns: If any of your items arrive damaged, save the box and notify the carrier and email us at customerservice@youraquariumcenter.com and explain the circumstance. You may return damaged items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange of merchandise. Items returned for reasons other than defect will be refunded for the cost of the item only. We cannot refund shipping charges on non-defective items as the cost was incurred and paid by us and is an unrecoverable expense. The only exception to this would be if you received an item other than the one you ordered. In this case, it would be our mistake and you would, therefore, be refunded fully.
