Q:  What if I don't want to give my credit card number out over the internet?
A:  Although the majority of our business will be conducted via e-mail, you may call us to place your order over the telephone.  Our phone number is 570-374-2969.  You may get an answering service but we definitely will return your call.
Q:  What do I do if I receive a defective product?
A:  Contact us immediately.  We will send you instructions on how to return the product.
 
Q: How do I know what equipment is right for the type of aquarium I'm setting up or currently have?
A: E-mail us with your specific question and we will research the situation and send you an answer.
 
Q:  How do I know what kind of fish to put in my aquarium?
A:  There are many good books on this subject or if you have specific kinds of fish in question, let us know.  We can help you!
 
Q:  What if I'm looking for a specific product, decoration or part and I can't find it on the website?
A:  E-mail us and we will do our best to find it for you.
 
Q:  How do you calculate shipping costs?
A:  Shipping costs are determined by UPS Ground calculations.  Some items may ship for more than specified due to oversized cartons.  If an item falls under these provisions, it will be specified in the item description.
